All orders must be prepaid online and picked up in Hartville, Missouri.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Wholesale customers must contact us to
order.
New wholesale customers must pay in advance by credit card to schedule a pick
up date.
A sad note on today's economy and the price of
delivery due to gas prices. We have filled our first wholesale orders for 2008
and we were charged an unexpected additional 3% surcharge per order. At our low
prices we cannot eat this charge and it must be passed on to the customer.
Trying to go for the lowest price and volume sales we hate to pass on this
charge, but we have no choice.
This charge has been added to our Excel easy to order price list.

Wholesale customers will pay Missouri state sales tax,
unless they provide a resale license.
Wholesale customers that purchase with a resale license MUST provide a state issued firework
license/permit.
We only keep track of Missouri State laws. Know your own states laws before
purchasing fireworks.
No, we cannot ship or deliver wholesale orders either. All orders must be picked
up in Hartville, Missouri.

OPI operates Seasonal Firework stands in southern Missouri named, "THE BIG BOYz TOYz FIREWORKS",
during the Missouri consumer firework sales season of June 20th to July 10th.
The winter season is the 20th of December to the 2nd of January, however, we do
not have stands up in the winter, all sales are online at that time -- with New
Years specials.
Our customers demand it -- we have it. THE BIG BOYz TOYz FIREWORKS
is where you can find a large selection of the best and largest consumer fireworks available by law.
These larger 500-gram cakes, mortars, and tubes, are our best sellers. We select
the best and the largest "allowed by law" fireworks that we can find for you,
the true Patriot, ah... Pyro.
We carry products that no other stands in our area carry. Of course we offer stuff for the kiddies as well as family packs. If you find a really good firework effect, or large "legal" firework item that we do not carry, let us know.
It is our goal that BIG BOYz TOYz FIREWORKS be where you can find that perfect combination of the best and largest fireworks, and at the best prices.
We do not have buy 1 get 2,000 free offers, or double our prices to say that you
get one free, or any other gimmick to sucker you with. We set the best price
that we can on each item to start with, and keep it that way. This goes for both
our wholesale and retail prices. When price
checking, remember the fact that we include sales tax in our prices at our
seasonal stands.
SPECIAL NOTES:
No Black Powder, or any of our other products, will be sold with consumer
fireworks.
When we say BIG BOYz TOYz FIREWORKS, we are very serious about the best of the largest
LEGAL fireworks. We do not have, nor will we ever have anything to do with illegal M-80's, or any similar illegal product that the government has determined is dangerous for you. Remember, they must protect you from yourself. What do you think this is: a free country?
