FIREWORKS CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECTS
WARNING: We
will be adding various firework projects to this page -- for
informational purposes only -- to show you how fireworks are
made. These are not intended as an instructional
pages. We have proper and legal access to the chemicals, equipment,
we have the safety distances, and we have the licenses and experience
to build the items that you will be seeing. Pyrotechnic chemicals
and mixtures are very dangerous to work with, and they can KILL YOU!
DO NOT ATTEMPT THESE
PROJECTS AT HOME
What you will see below is only the basics of firework
information and construction, there is much more, notably the safety
instructions, that are not included with these informational only
pages. The construction of fireworks and pyrotechnic devices is
an extremely dangerous task.
NOT ALL PHOTOS
UPLOADED YET! The computer that we use for photos and videos got
zapped and
fried the hard drive. As soon as we can we will upload all the
photos to go with the pages below.
YES WE KNOW! We serious need better photography equipment, and
photographers!
SOME OF THE PAGES BELOW HAVE A LOT OF PHOTOS AND MAY TAKE A WHILE TO LOAD.

M-80's AND OTHER
ILLEGAL FIREWORKS |
No mater how romantic, nostalgic, and exciting that
they may sound, M-80's and all similar fireworks should be avoided, if
for no other reason than that ...
They are ILLEGAL!
M-80's are illegal for a reason.
Without regulation they can be constructed with chemicals that can
detonate in your hand
- without any warning! Taking a hand, or both of them, completely
OFF
An explanation of what an M-80 is in reality, what to avoid, and why. |

WATERFALL |
A silver waterfall firework (Niagara falls) with sparks falling
20 feet or more, especially over water, is one of the brightest and most
beautiful flowing effects in a firework show. |
| SET PIECES |
Set Pieces are a series of small firework tubes which burn brightly
that are fused together to make a specific design. They can be arranged
in any shape that you can imagine. Set pieces can be arranged in the
shape of a flag, cartoon character, company logo, or any shape that you
desire. The small tubes can also be made to burn in about any color of
the rainbow, which adds color to your set piece picture. |

| COMET AND CROSSETTE FIREWORKS |
A comet looks like, well, a comet going across the sky leaving a
long tail. A crossette is a type of comet that rises and then explodes
into usually 4 parts, and then continues to burn while leaving long
tails. We make comets and crossettes up to 4" in diameter. |

|
| STROBE POTS |
How the bright strobe pots that you can purchase at firework stands
are made. |

|
| CONSUMER FIREWORK DISPLAYS |
Some of the things that we do when conducting a
firework display
using consumer (1.4g) fireworks. We do not recommend altering any
firework, but this is for information only. These are NOT instructional
pages. |
