SEASONAL FIREWORK EMPLOYEES NEEDED

Ozark Pyrotechnics, is constantly looking for Honest, Hard Working, and Responsible People,
to work with us during the Missouri firework season.

All employees must be available from the first of June to the middle of July to cover the Missouri firework season.

All individuals must be local to the southwestern Missouri area, and/or provide their own transportation and housing.
Stands are located in the areas between Mountain Grove, Springfield, and Branson, Missouri.
We are also looking for additional stand locations should you know of a high traffic location near you.
 

FIREWORK STAND MANAGERS

Must be at least 21 years old and be able to provide your own sleeping quarters if you do not "camp out" inside of the firework stand/tent - which some people do. If you "camp out" inside the tent we will provide portable toilets.

Pay will be based upon the sales of the specific stand in which you are responsible for. This does include a base salary should sales not be as high as expected, but this rarely happens, even with a new stand location. 

The stand manager will be responsible for the safety and security of the stand and fireworks 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the firework season. Maintaining product inventory before, during and after, and handling sales are among your duties. We require that stand managers be familiar with the products that they are selling, and of course we will help you with this if necessary.
 

STAND EMPLOYEES

These are only part-time positions and individuals must be at least 16 years old and be available until late in the evening, with parental approval if under 18 years old.

Pay will be based on a hourly rate. Most positions are only available in the evenings, and on some days well into the night.

Young people interested in fireworks and the firework industry are motivated by these starting positions and we will be glad to help you learn more about the fireworks industry, safety, and fireworks in general. This will also include information on the manufacturing side of fireworks for the interested employee.
